My Little Sanctuary Revamp

This little sanctuary that I have here started out as an outlet for me to escape from the real world. A couple of years ago, I wasn't sure about many things in life. I was angry, frustrated with too many things and while I was blessed to be in a beautiful relationship with an amazing man, I had my own personal demons to conquer. And that was how I came to create my little online world. It gave me a healthy outlet to keep my sanity intact.

Over the last couple of years, I have stumbled around in the dark, trying to find a direction that I would like to take with my little sanctuary here. For the lack of a better word, it was a cluster fuck. I wrote everything and anything, my anger and frustration, my joy and laughter and when I started to cook and became passionate about cooking, I started to post recipes. It hasn't killed anyone who ate my cooking, yet, so I think I am a decent cook. Cooking however has been on a hiatus recently, little tyke hasn't gave me much opportunity to fiddle around in the kitchen but I know for a fact that I will be back busy cooking and creating recipes once we moved to Canada. I will also own an oven there (finally!) so there will definitely be a lot of baking too! Yay!

However, starting from last year, I have discovered a new love of mine...beauty products. And over the past year or so, I have become extremely passionate about it so this has been the main reason why I am revamping my little sanctuary. I finally know what direction to go and this place will be my personal diary in discovering the good, the bad and even the ugly of beauty world.
