STOP AND TAKE A BREATHER ~ LET'S TALK ABOUT SELF LOVE

Happy Monday everyone and I hope you had a brilliant weekend! I do apologize for my lack of posts and social media presence recently, honestly I barely have time to eat...and no, I'm not kidding.

I have been training a lot the past 4 weeks and everyday there is a new hurdle and challenge. It doesn't mean I don't love the job, on the contrary the challenges are also the reason why I love my job. For those of you who were not aware, I'm currently working as CSA with Air Canada and because it's a very small airport, I do everything; check-ins, boarding, deplaning, baggage. Huge airports such as Vancouver has agents specifically for check-ins, boarding, etc but we pretty much do everything where I work.

I had a really bad week, 3 days of delayed flights and so many very, very, veryyyyy unhappy customers. I.NEED.A.DAMN.BREAK.

Let the pampering session begins!

PEDICURE
Canadian beauty

One of my favourite pampering sessions is getting my pedicure done. I wish I could do it every month but to be honest, I get mine done once every 5-6 weeks. There is something about freshly painted toes that makes me super happy.

DRINK WATER, LOTS & LOTS OF IT
Canadian beauty

I'm really diligent about drinking water while I'm at home but at work? I am really bad at it and my skin is starting to show signs of dehydration. I vow to make water my new BFF. I can't stress enough the importance of keeping yourself hydrated throughout the whole day. Whether you're at home, at work or traveling, you won't forget to drink water with these amazing hydro flasks https://www.globosurfer.com/best-hydro-flasks/ . Enjoy!

YOGA
I was so good with my yoga practise 4 times a week and that has gone down the drain. I really want to get back into it as I do find myself to feel better, calmer and just generally more relaxed when I practise.

FACE MASKS (#prgifted)
Canadian beauty

Recently I was kindly sent a few Yes To facial masks and these precious little things couldn't have come at a better time. Each mask is made with 96% natural ingredients and contains Aloe Vera Juice, Propadeniol, lots of plants and botanical extracts, they are basically soaked with amazingness. There is a mask for each of your skin concerns; charcoal for detox, cucumber to soothe, primrose to nourish and soothe, tomatoes to banish spots and coconut to moisturize. Look out for tons of mini-reviews coming up soon!

I wish I could afford a spa treatment every week but with so many amazing products and ways to indulge in an at-home pampering session, I honestly don't miss heading to the spa at all.

How do you appreciate yourself?

*Products marked with * were received for free but my thoughts and opinions are 100% unbiased, honest and my own. There is no place for any sort of BS here.
